Looking for a quiet escape from the holiday rush? The Beczak Environmental Education Center is offering cozy fireside reading evenings for adults this winter.
The “Read With Us Quietly” series invites grown-ups to unwind next to the fireplace at the waterfront center on Alexander Street. Please bring your own book or borrow one from their collection: no discussion groups, no book clubs—just three hours of peaceful reading by the fire.
The following sessions run from 6 to 9 p.m. on January 16 and February 13. The events are free and open to adults only.
