Information:
Members of the public who would like to sign up to speak may arrive no earlier than 5:30 pm.
It is not necessary to make an appointment in advance to speak at the hearing. Individuals wishing to speak will be allowed 3 minutes to present their statement on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the time and space limitations of the venue, attendance will be closely monitored and capped when at capacity. Please be mindful of these parameters and respectful of the venue and proceedings, should entry to the event need to be slowed or restricted.
A public hearing provides an opportunity for members of the public and community to offer comments on the MGM Empire City project for the Committee’s consideration. Hearings are not venues for members of the public to ask questions of the Committee members or the Applicant. Hearings are strictly for Committee members to hear and receive comments on the project proposal.
