Yonkers Zoning Board of Appeals Members, and when their term expires. Anyone can request to be appointed, but the Mayor chooses who to send to the City Council for approval. Call to Engage with ZBA

Hopefully Yonkers Residents will realize the danger that this board presents to the working families of the City of Yonkers! In a very short number of years, these young families will not be able to afford to live in our city. Busy young families do not get an opportunity to attend these meetings and only find out the effects of these decisions years after they are made when construction begins. Only then do people become aware that these out-of-character and over-sized developments were approved, much of it funded buy bonds that City issues through the Yonkers IDA with moneys guarenteed and supplied by the taxes we pay.
