
Untermyer Gardens Celebrates 50th Season of Free Summer Concerts
Free summer concerts returns to Untermyer Gardens in 2025 celebrating their 50th season of performances at one of Yonkers’ most beloved parks. The Untermyer Performing Arts Council (UPAC) is marking this anniversary with an exciting lineup that promises to make 2025 “the best season ever.”
Summer 2025 Lineup for Free Concerts at Untermyer Gardens
World Fest kicks off the anniversary with these confirmed dates:
July 5th, 6:30 PM: “Ballet Under the Stars 2025” presented by Connecticut Ballet.
July 12th, 6:30 PM: “Back to the Garden 1969” a fan favorite returning.
July 19th, 6:30 PM: The Library Jazz Band
All performances take place at Untermyer Park Great Lawn, 945 North Broadway, Yonkers, NY 10701.
Final arrangements are still being made for additional performances throughout the summer. Symphony orchestras, jazz ensembles, indigenous performers, and contemporary artists have all been featured in the series’ varied programming, which usually runs from June to August.

How The Community Makes It Possible
With funding from the Westchester County Government and the support of County Executive Ken Jenkins, the Untermyer Performing Arts Council operates as a grantee of ArtsWestchester. But without community donations and volunteer supporters who carry on the series’ mission of introducing free culture to Yonkers, it would not have been possible.
